These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the nextdayflooring.com website and any quote requests, communications, or services provided by Next Day Flooring, its parent company, and affiliates (“Next Day Flooring,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to submit a quote request or otherwise use this site on your own behalf.

Free Estimates & Quotes

Requesting a quote through this site is free and does not obligate you to purchase any product or service. Pricing discussed during an estimate is specific to your project and location and is not guaranteed until confirmed in a signed agreement.

Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting the quote request form, you provide your signature consenting to communication from Next Day Flooring to the phone number and email address you provide, including by an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/text messages, to discuss your request and share information about sales or special offers, even if your number is registered on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke this consent at any time by calling (248) 955-4669 or by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Next Day Flooring and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

No Warranties; “As Is” Basis

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product warranties, if any, are governed separately by the terms of your signed installation agreement.

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only; you agree not to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective date” above. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability
